When talking about bigbands I remember one
night in Cologne 1969. It was a real Big-Band-Battle like in the old Harlem days. The 3 bands were the Thad Jones-Mel
Lewis Band, Clarke - Boland and Kurt Edelhagen who was the winner of that night (!) go to trumpet players go to trombones go to clarinets go to sax players miscellaneous artists go to piano artists go to guitar players go to bass players go to drummers back to photography
